A completely different route leads from Tatranská Javorina via Pod Muráňom (approx. 17.8 km round trip, ~745 m of ascent, approx. 5:05 h) — the same 1 Nov – 31 May closure also applies here (section from Pod Muráňom to the saddle). |

- The trail can be slippery after rain, especially on the rocky sections.
